Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen Turn 21
If you’ve been waiting for your chance to buy Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen a drink, it’s finally here. The designers/actresses/former Full House cuties celebrated their milestone birthday on Wednesday.
And in a surprising move, the twins kept it pretty low-key. The Olsen’s began with a dinner party at Hollywood’s legendary Chateau Marmont. They celebrated with mostly family, including their 19-year-old sister Lizzie, and 23-year-old brother Trent.
"It looked like a family dinner. You could tell they were all really close. The girls couldn’t stop smiling,” a witness told press.
Amid red velvet cakes, cupcakes and many presents, the sisters celebrated in elegant style. And it’s good to see an A-list 21st without nudity, drunkenness and wild behavior.
The sisters treated themselves to a much-deserved day off as a present to themselves. “Today, for the first time in a looooong time, we’re taking a day off – doing absolutely nothing and looking forward to every second of it!” they said on their website.
