Mandy Moore Premieres Movie, Dates Mayer
With a critically acclaimed new album and a blossoming film career, Mandy Moore is coming into her own as an entertainer. And everyone (including John Mayer) seems to be noticing.
The singer/actress premiered her new romantic comedy Dedication in NYC on Tuesday night. Co-star Billy Crudup was also in attendance.
And Mandy looked stunning in a Dolce & Gabbana corseted black dress as she arrived at the event. She told press, “I’m proud of this movie and I’m psyched for people to finally get to see it.”
The Wild Hope singer confessed her love for the Big Apple. “My favorite part of shooting an indie movie like this is being here in New York City. It’s my favorite city in the whole world, and getting to spend six weeks here working on a film that I was really passionate about—no money, no budgets, no time—there was a challenge in and of itself with that, but it was great material.”
And among her admirers is former Jessica Simpson arm candy John Mayer. He was spotted with the Walk To Remember actress having lunch before the big premiere. Are they an item? We’ll keep you posted.
Update: Mandy has denied anything more than a friendship with John, who has now been linked to Cameron Diaz. We’ll have more on this soon.
