Mandy Moore Needs a Career Boost
Keeping busy despite a halt in her career, Mandy Moore was spotted making her way all around Hollywood on Wednesday - sporting a pair of not-so-errand friendly shoes!
After dining at Joan’s on Third with a friend, the “A Walk to Remember” actress teetered off to pick up some dry cleaning before a final shopping stop at Satine.
As for her career, Mandy seems to be retooling after her last movie, License to Wed, was released in July of 2007 to mostly negative reviews.
Moore, who celebrated her 24th birthday less than two weeks ago, also has her eyes set on pop stardom, ready to return to her pop roots after her last album “Wild Hope” failed to do much of anything in the charts.

She never said that about her “pop roots”. Where do you come up with this stuff? Wild Hope is an amazing album that really brought her a lot of credibility in the music scene. I’m looking forward to more!

Mandy does not need a new direction in her career. She needs a new manager. He is the reason her CD did poor in sales. His lack of knowledge in the marketing department is what failed. His my way or the highway egotistical attitude is what is ruining it for her. Mandy is not allowed to make her OWN career decisions. This dude is ruining things for her, and hopefully someday, she will see it. Until she cans him, she is not going to have the success she so much deserves. Wild Hope was a great CD, she had a great tour. She needs to stop letting this man dicatate her and telling her her new style was inferior, and needs to point the fingers at himself, that HE is the one who is failing her. not herself, her sales, etc. She pays HIM to promote her. He failed. She should keep the style she wants, and get a manager that allows her to be succesful at it, instead of being an egotistical control freak that thinks solely about himself.

Hey! Her Wild hope cd was amazing and she got positive reviews of that album. She deserves more than this. She don’t need any career boosting but what Mandy need is a better promotion. She’s talented, gorgeous and such an amazing artist but in everything that she does it was always lack of promotion and TRUST!
She deserves better than this!!!

None of this has been officially confirmed. Until it is, then people should really not be making any speculation. I do agree, Wild Hope needed to be promoted better, along with her tour, but I do not like people posting up articles of speculation saying she is going back to her pop roots just because her CD didnt sell well.
Wild Hope is a fantastic CD. She was very proud of it, and deservably so. Mandy is a fantastic person, and very talented at her field. I think people should stop speculating and start focusing on writing things based on fact, before something is written. Until it is fact that she is turning back to her pop roots, people should not speculate anything. If she does go back to her pop roots, she will do great with it. But she also should continue to do the music SHE believes in, and that is what it should come down to.

I love Mandy Moore which I am advice her what she can be. You love and admire Mandy Moore. I am extremely drunk why Mandy Moore is not popular today which I am investigate. I will choose Sir Brian Harold May for Mandy Moore as manager to be form a band called the Queenies with Katherine McPhee, Natalia Podolskaya and Delta Goodrem. What is the direction that Mandy Moore will be done? I am suppose to be wait for her back in pop or other genre of music. I am so sad want to see her since March 12 2008 because my parent cannot afford this ticket. I am very angry for this which I am fall in love to Mandy Moore. By one day, Mandy Moore will be find me. Nobody negative reactions against me. CHEERS!
