Mandy Moore and Her Mystery Man

She’s been keeping things pretty low-key ever since breaking up with rocker Ryan Adams. But yesterday (August7) Mandy Moore was spotted out and about all over Hollywood.

The “All Good Things” songstress was spotted having lunch with an unidentified guy at Tere’s Mexican Grill.  And she looked to be having a marvelous time, sporting a gold “J” necklace (possibly the initial of her gentleman caller?).

Following her lunch date, Mandy headed over to Melrose Avenue to get her hair cut at The Bungalow salon.  The “Candy” singer looked friendly with the salon staff, hugging a stylist goodbye prior to leaving.

And Miss Moore looked cute and casual in a white scoopneck t-shirt with a pair of vintage jeans and some brown leather strappy sandals with a big blue handbag.
