Maggie Gyllenhaal’s Park Breast-Feeding Session

Maggie Gyllenhaal made it known that she thinks that breastfeeding is a natural act that should not be concealed, no matter where you are.

Maggie, who starred in Mona Lisa Smile alongside Julia Roberts, was recently spotted feeding her child with breast milk in the middle of the day on a New York sidewalk.

Not caring about the onlookers standing all around her, Maggie continued on with the task of satisfying her baby’s hunger for minutes on end.

Gyllenhaal gave birth to her and fiance Peter Sarsgaard’s baby daughter - Ramona - in New York last October, but is now ready to head back to work.

She’s officially signed on to replace Katie Holmes character of Rachel Dawes as Batman’s lady love in the ‘Dark Knight’ sequel.

Enjoy the pictures of Maggie taking care of Ramona in the park, but be aware - they do contain mature content!

Way to go Maggie!!  Breastfeeding is beautiful!  Americans only seem offended by breasts if there’s a baby attached.  If it’s a girl dressed like a slut showing breasts, it’s fine.

Sorry, but just because an act or a way to do something is natural, doesn’t mean it is ok for public consumption.
I don’t care if you are all pumped up with happy-mommy chemicals, I don’t want to see you boobs in public, or the baby that is sucking on them.

Why not get together with other milking mommies, sit in a circle and watch each other’s babies eat, and you can all feel completely great about what you’re doing, but please, if you are going to come out in public.. bring a blanket to cover up with…

What is so hard or limiting about that?
One small detail and everyone is more comfortable.

Sure, except for the mother and baby involved who have to sit under a hot blanket so you can be more comfortable.
If it bothers you, then quit staring at her breasts.
