Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard: NYC Lovers

Taking some time away from the holiday hustle and bustle to spend together, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard were spotted on a romantic stroll around New York City’s East Village yesterday (December 23).

The “Dark Night” actress and her “Skeleton Key” fiancé looked happy and cozy as they walked arm-in-arm, both seriously bundled up to avoid the wintry chill.

And it sounds like these two like each other so much that they have decided to work together - both Maggie and Peter have signed on to star in an off-Broadway production of Anton Chekhov’s “Uncle Vanya.”

Sarsgaard just finished up his role in another Chekhov play, “The Seagull,” and Maggie’s stage credits include Tony Kushner’s “Homebody/Kabul.” “Uncle Vanya” runs January 17th to March 1st.
