Madonna’s Nanny’s Story Will Stay Untold

Madonna’s life story has been put on hold.  Despite earlier claims this month of publisher’s showing interest, and the report that Crown Publishing had bought the story, it seems the Nanny’s tell-all perspective will be sealed, for now. 

Why the book was dropped is still unclear, but it is official that Crown Publishing won’t be printing Live to Tell: My Life as Madonna’s Nanny. 

It has been assumed that Madonna and her lawyers have somehow stepped in with a legal argument to stop the book’s production. This claim is unsubstantiated, as neither Crown Publishing, nor Madonna’s representative, have discussed the book in detail.

The book, which was written by Melissa Dumas, details Madonna’s household. It is said to discuss her marriage, her children, and her firm religious beliefs. Madonna fans have been clamoring over the book, but for right now… their dreams will be put on hold.
