Madonna: Chilling Out in Italy

She’s been circling the globe on her current Sticky and Sweet tour and earlier today (July 14) Madonna was spotted leaving her hotel in Milan, Italy.

The “Like a Virgin” songstress was definitely well-protected as she strolled outside as a bevy of beefy bodyguards surrounded her and escorted her to a waiting car.

In related news, it sounds like MTV is already gearing up for their annual Video Music Awards, and Madonna is at the top of their list of performers to take part in a massive Michael Jackson tribute.

Whether or not she’ll participate is still up in the air, though with a host like Russell Brand in the mix, how could she resist?
