Madonna and Guy Ritchie: Divorce Bells?
It was one of the most closely-followed celebrity breakup rumors of the summer, and now, it seems, Madonna and Guy Ritchie are calling it quits.
The “Ray of Light” songstress and her “Snatch” director husband are set to announce the end of their nearly-eight-year marriage, according to Britain’s The Sun newspaper.
According to the report, Madge and Guy will be issuing a statement “imminently” with regard to their decision to divorce, which comes after they supposedly agreed to spend the next year working on their marriage.
And of course, no one on either side of the story is commenting. Both Madonna and Guy’s reps are tight-lipped, and their families declined to comment.
