Sunday, April 22, 2007 Lindsay Lohan’s “Georgia Rule” Apology… Sort Of
Lindsay Lohan has admitted her “irresponsible” behavior on the set of her new movie ’Georgia Rule,’ yet the actress stopped just short of making any apologies. The 20-year-old ‘Mean Girls’ star was publicly criticized by James G. Robinson, the film’s director, in a disciplinary step that exposed her bad behavior to the world. According to TMZ reports, the director’s letter described LiLo’s habit of showing up late, or not at all, as constituting “discourteous, irresponsible and unprofessional” behavior. Robinson added to say that her actions were those of a spoiled child which had caused her co-workers to feel alienated and “has endangered the quality of this picture”. In a recent interview with Allure magazine, Lindsay answered questions surrounding her professionalism on the set. “It upset me because I was a bit irresponsible. I didn’t think about the consequences, but I was also going through something in my life,” she told Allure. While it’s nice to see that Lindsay is owning up to her actions, blaming it on relationship problems with then-boyfriend Harry Morton probably isn’t exactly what Robinson was looking for, but it’ll do for now. Enjoy the “Georgia Rule” trailer and photos of Lindsay out this past week!
