Saturday, November 15, 2008 Lindsay Lohan’s Flour Fiasco
Usually a trip to Paris, France is quite enjoyable, but last night Lindsay Lohan had a sour taste in her mouth after being doused with flour by an animal rights activist. The “Mean Girls” actress was hanging out with her girlfriend Samantha Ronson on the famous Champs-Elysees (where Ronson had a deejaying gig) when the incident occurred. An anti-fur activist covered LiLo in flour for wearing a fur coat, and shouted, “Lindsay Lohan- fur hag!” An eyewitness told press, “Lindsay was mortified and then furious. She’s in Paris supporting her girlfriend, DJ Samantha Ronson, and I think she was planning a flour-free weekend.” Initially, it was believed that the attack came from a member of PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), a group who has recently targeted Lohan for her frequent wearing of furs. A statement from PETA reads, “Lohan has enraged animal lovers by appearing in at least two different fur coats in recent days, despite PETA’s repeated pleas that she consider how animals suffer for every fur garment and stop wearing their skins. She was named on PETA’s annual Worst Dressed List earlier this year. PETA Europe’s Robbie LeBlanc told press, “There is nothing remotely fashionable about the torture and death of animals killed for fur. Lindsay Lohan might be able to ignore images of bloody animals skinned alive for their pelts, but we hope a dash of flour will help her rise to the occasion and forsake fur once and for all.” Enjoy the pictures of Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson at the VIP Room nightclub (November 14).

COMMENTS This group assaulted a person for disagreeing with them. Then proudly put out a press release bragging about it. For a moment I thought I woke up in Afghanistan or Iraq, where it’s ok to put your hands on someone or throw things at them if you don’t agree with them. No, it’s not ok. It’s ASSAULT, and we denounce it when it happens over there and we sure as hell shouldn’t stand for it here. In a free country you don’t get to use violence in any form or the threat of violence to make your point. Posted by on 11/15 at 09:47 PM
So “enraged animal lovers” have the right to attack you if you don’t listen to their “repeated pleas”? WTF! Posted by on 11/16 at 01:56 AM
