Lindsay Lohan Still Chillin In Utah
When it comes to overcoming addiction, it always pays to be extra careful. That’s why Lindsay Lohan has elected to stick around Orem, Utah for another week in the interest of getting some outpatient care.
The Georgia Rule actress completed her third attempt at a rehab program this past Friday. And as a bonus, she got to spend five days in a remote mountain getaway with her father, Michael Lohan, in an attempt to reconcile their past.
Upon their return, Michael told press, “Lindsay will remain in Utah for the next week receiving outpatient care. She will head back to Los Angeles shortly to work on a movie for several weeks and then is likely return to Utah to continue her outpatient program.”
And LiLo’s mother Dina, never one to play second fiddle to Michael, also made a statement to press. “I’m proud of her. She’s moving ahead with her life. Things were getting out of control. She took action. She took responsibility. She really needed to heal.”
As of October 15th, Lindsay is due on the set of “Dare to Love Me,” a tango-themed film being shot in Los Angeles. Her schedule includes two weeks of filming, after which she will be returning to Utah.
