Lindsay Lohan: Out For Blood

With all the legal drama surrounding Lindsay Lohan, you’re probably wondering why in the world she’s not in jail. One answer- her lawyers plea bargained her out of serving time behind bars. Instead, she’s serving time in the community service realm.

The “Georgia Rule” actress was spotted heading into an American Red Cross blood services facility just outside Los Angeles yesterday around noon.

She stayed until after 7pm, leaving with a copy of the book “Blood.” The Red Cross gig is the first of 10 days of community service LiLo will be serving.

Lohan is also on three years probation and must attend an alcohol education program lasting eighteen months. She’ll also have to serve 24 hours in jail by the end of the year.
