Lindsay Lohan: No Cameras In the Courtroom

When it comes time for Lindsay Lohan to face charges in a pretrial for a 2005 car crash, she’s hoping there won’t be any video cameras in the audience.

LiLo is being sued for $200,000 by Raymundo Ortega over an automobile accident.  Ortega claims that Lohan was drunk when the incident occurred, but Lindsay says she wasn’t, and is countersuing for $75,000.

The Mean Girls actress fears that any video footage of the pretrial could make it into the hands of the public, and hence ruin her chance for a fair and unbiased case.  Her attorney, Mark M. Williams said, “There is a real demonstrable danger that responses by Lohan and other parties involved in the case will find their way into the press and onto the internet prior to the trial of this matter.”

Unfortunately for Lindsay, the judge didn’t immediately rule on the request, but rather will make his decision at a hearing scheduled for November 28th.
