Lindsay Lohan May Luck Out
In the best news she’s heard in a long time, Lindsay Lohan may not be charged with cocaine possession in her upcoming court proceedings, says TMZ.
The three drug-related felonies may be dropped by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office. And if that happened, LiLo wouldn’t have to worry about doing as much time behind bars.
With her misdemeanor drunk driving charges, though, the Mean Girls actress will face a minimum of four days in the slammer. Maybe she could serve her time with Nicole Richie, also slated for four days in the joint.
DA spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons wasn’t too keen on talking about the case, though. She told reporters, “A public discussion of potential charges prior to a case being filed would be inappropriate and potentially unethical.”
Guess we’ll have to just wait and see.

This would be an outrage if LiLo is sentenced to only 4 days for driving drunk on a suspended license while Paris served 23 days of a 45 day sentence for driving while not drunk on a suspended license. Remember that both girls had their license suspended for drunk driving although no drugs were found in Paris’ car when stopped for DUI with a .08. Paris was then stopped driving ( not drunk) and served 23 days in jail.
LiLo had a .l5 alcohol level when stopped for driving drunk on her suspended license. LiLo had over a .12 on the first DUI too. So ignoring the cocaine and kidnapping and terrorizing of the car she chased it would still be “Hollywood justice” if this girl gets less than 45 days in jail.
Where is MADD now?
LiLo could have killed someone as she was clearly drunk both times and on drugs.
