Lindsay Lohan Laughs Off Lawsuit
It looks like Lindsay Lohan is making her appearance on the paparazzi most wanted list for all the wrong reasons. Days after joking about rumors she drove over a photographer’s foot, Lohan is being sued by the paparazzo in question.
According to Access Hollywood, photographer Giovanni Arnold is claiming he “sustained severe and permanent personal injuries and economic loss,” due to his NYC encounter with the Georgia Rule actress this past March. He also named Momma Lohan as a co-defendant.
Lindsay is taking it all in stride though. I suppose you’d have to with her permanent residence on the cover of tabloids. She is keeping a good attitude and positive outlook about the drama.
To that end, Lohan’s interview with David Letterman this past Monday was very tongue-in-cheek. The talk show host had some fun with Lohan, asking her which of the many rumors about her were actually true.
“Drove over a photographers foot?” asked Letterman. “No, but I should,” she replied, laughing. “Not a bad idea,” Letterman agreed. “The guy completely faked it,” said Lohan. “It was amazing.”
