Lindsay Lohan Is Back In LA, Files Countersuit
Lindsay Lohan has made her way back to Los Angeles after spending two months in Utah receiving treatment for drug and alcohol addiction.
On Sunday, the Georgia Rule actress spent the evening with friends, as they went to the Arclight theater to see the movie “Elizabeth: The Golden Age,” along with a trip to the tanning salon.
Meanwhile, LiLo is making headlines in the legal world once more, but this time, she’s the one bringing the charges.
According to recent reports, the Mean Girls actress “filed a legal action against Raymundo Ortega, who is suing her over a car accident in West Hollywood in 2005.”
Initially, Ortega blamed Lohan for the wreck - but now Lindsay thinks that she can prove that it was Raymundo who was actually at fault.
