Lindsay Lohan Has an Escort in Sam Ronson

Stepping out for a but of shopping, Lindsay Lohan was spotted out running around West Hollywood earlier today (October 7).

The “Georgia Rule” redhead was escorted to Jenni Kayne by girlfriend Samantha Ronson, who dropped Lindsay off near the door before parking the car and making her way inside.

Meanwhile, tabloids are telling the Miss Lohan is engaged in a bit of an online battle with hotel heiress and former friend, Paris Hilton.

According to reports, the duo have been “trading insults on popular social networking site Facebook, with Lindsay branding the hotel heiress a ‘b***h’ and ‘pathetic’ before launching a four-letter tirade after Paris had set up a group on the site called ‘Firecrotch.’”

Following LiLo’s attack, Paris responded “by saying it was her who was the pathetic one because she has set up a Facebook group about her first called ‘Paris Wets Herself’, which refers to a couple of incidents where the 27-year-old blonde is said to have urinated in a sauna and in the back of a taxi cab.”
