Lindsay Lohan Draws Complaints From Rehab Residents

Lindsay Lohan has managed to stir up trouble with residents of the Los Angeles rehab facility she checked into earlier this month. The reason..... they claim she’s treating the facility like her own luxury hotel.

The other patients seeking counseling and treatment at the Wonderland center are upset with Lohan’s trips out of the facility - and the fact she’s being allowed to continue working on her new movie while in rehab.

The final straw reportedly came yesterday when Lindsay took a break from rehab to have her Mercedes serviced and do a little shopping on the town.

Sources at Wonderland have aired their grievances to TMZ, claiming the actress is getting special treatment.

They also reported that Lindsay has a masseur, hairstylist and makeup artist, who visit her regularly.

Contrary to these reports, Lindsay’s publicist, Leslie Sloane Zelnick, insists she is taking rehab seriously, and the criticism is unwarranted.

She says, “Lindsay is 100% not getting special treatment. She’s getting the same as everyone else. This isn’t the Betty Ford Clinic, it’s not a lockdown facility. There is personal time.”

“All these naysayers who keep blogging on their laptops and speaking out… they don’t know what she’s going through, they’re not there. They shouldn’t speak until they’ve gone through something like that.”

Seeing that Lindsay did go to the facility on her own free will, it seems a bit childish that residents are complaining about her actions. It should be expected that someone with Lindsay’s profile would most likely not do things the exact same as everyone else in the center. Oh well, that which we do not have, we covet...or so they say. Maybe Lindsay should take these edgy recoveries out for a day....that would keep things a little bit more peaceful in Wonderland!
