Lily Allen Visits BBC, Announces Tour Dates
Joining Britney Spears on the whole career revival vibe, Lily Allen was spotted leaving BBC Radio One studios earlier today following an interview.
The “Smile” songstress was sporting a new cropped bob hairdo along with a blue wool coat and a pair of furry black snow boots.
And it sounds like Miss Allen will be hitting the road in the new year in support of her forthcoming album It’s Not Me, It’s You due in stores February 9th.
Lily will play nine dates across the UK following a one-off gig at London’s Koko in late January that sold out in less than an hour.
The complete tour schedule is as follows:
March 14 - Glasgow Academy
March 15 - Manchester Academy
March 18 - Bristol Academy
March 19 - Southampton Guildhall
March 20 - Brighton Dome
March 22 - Norwich UEA
March 23 - Birmingham Academy
March 24 - Leeds Academy
March 26 - London Shepherd’s Bush Empire

It’s nice to read that Lily Allen is back to promoting her work. If this is a radio interview, to be put on the internet the tabloids won’t pick on it. if it doesn’t they will. Either way Lily Allen still has to be careful!

The BBC one program hasn’t hit the web, and maybe it won’t because the news papers have taken liberty, of quoting Lily Allen as saying, She hates Diana Vicker’s and she thinks Britney Spears mimes her lyrics. Lily Allen’s blog reads that she thought Vickers had a chance, and Britney Spears has admitted to miming her lyrics, (although I believe Lily Allen never said this) Perez Hilton said Lily Allen actually has a nice side, but he ripped into her last June, (for of all things, having a miscarriage) How long does Lily Allen need to keep her opinion to herself before people realize that she’s not saying these thing? I believe her!
