Lawyers Expect Britney Spears To Get Visitation Back

Having just run over a paparazzo’s foot, Britney Spears needs some good news DESPERATELY! And an unlikely source has spoken up, giving the troubled singer some hope.

Mark Vincent Kaplan, Kevin Federline’s lawyer, has revealed that he believes the “Toxic” mommy will regain visitation privileges prior to the next court date, scheduled for October 26th.

The reason for her suspension was that Britney hadn’t complied with court orders that would grant her visitation. “(Spears’s) visitation with the minor children is suspended pending (her) compliance with court orders,” said a court statement.

Later, Kaplan stated, “She has complied with the part of the order (causing the suspension). I expect that visitation will be reinstated.”
