Lauren Conrad Breaks a Sweat

Since the majority of her “Hills” lifestyle revolves around shopping and social events, Lauren Conrad has to go out of her way to get the exercise she needs to stay in such great shape.

And yesterday the reality-star-turned-designer was spotted looking like she was ready to feel the burn as she made her way into a convenience store.

LC sported a cap-sleeve, screenprinted long torso tee along with a pair of skin-tight shiny blue tights, sneakers, sunglasses, and her hair pulled back in a ponytail.

The “Hills” hottie emerged from the store with a bottle of Vitamin Water, as well as good old fashioned Aquafina water.  After all, we wouldn’t want Miss Conrad getting dehydrated!
