Enjoying a freer schedule since departing “The Hills,” Lauren Conrad has been building on her relationship with boyfriend Kyle Howard away from the constant camera coverage.

Rarely spotted together, the MTV beauty was caught by StarzLife.com paparazzi earlier this week as she took her dog Chloe to a lunch meetup with her beau in Los Angeles.

Looking cute in a bright blue top and short-shorts, Miss Conrad tended to her loving pet pooch before greeting her hunky boyfriend with a hug.

Aside from personal time, LC has been tending to promotional duties tied to the recent launch of her very own affordable clothing line for Kohl’s retailers.
