Kristen Stewart Touches Down in Tokyo
Making the trip overseas to join her fellow co-stars, Kristen Stewart was spotted arriving to Narita International Airport in Tokyo on Wednesday (February 25).
The 18-year-old rising actress is scheduled to team up with Robert Pattinson (who arrived the day before) and Taylor Lautner for the Japanese premiere of “Twilight” on Friday (February 27).
Meanwhile, Kristen’s dad recently expressed his distaste for “Twilight” - insinuating that his daughter feels the same way.
When asked why Kristen wasn’t presenting at the Oscars alongside Robert, her father John Stewart responded that she would present “When it’s a great movie, not just one that makes a lot of money.”

So do you feel good in “reporting” some sh*t her father allegedly said to some reporter, who could have made this whole thing up to create some nasty rumors? Is it too challenging to include that this was what one person claims he said. Would John Stewart be so dumb to say something like that? I doubt it. He produces something with Seacrest, so talk about quality, right.
Someone is trying to smear her and use the irrational hate some of the fangirls already have because she is leading lady with their beloved RPattz.

if you watch any interview with kristen it’s clear what she thinks about twilight- so what her dad said is 100% believable.

I read somewhere that her dad did say this, which I think is pretty lame. If he is speaking on her behalf, then why did she even sign the contract in the first place? I realize it must be crazy for her and the cast. Fans are fanatical, that’s how it goes! She should embrace it, and feel honored. Fame has a price, as with everything else. Or perhaps her dad didn’t say this, and she is being misunderstood. I hope this is the case. But after reading her recent interview in Nylon, I am beginning to wonder about her. I love her acting, don’t get me wrong. But I think she needs to be a little more compassionate with the fans. I’m not saying she owes them anything, I’m saying that when you’re in the spotlight (willingly, since she’s an actress!!) then she does have a certain responsibility to the public eye. But that’s just my take! By the way, I happen to love the Twilight Saga, and will continue to watch the movies regardless of how Kristen does or doesn’t feel about them!

We discuss this at our site today but the bottom line is: her father said it and she has not come out to disassociate herself from it. No one figured Twilight to be an “Oscar” level film but this girl continuously and effortlessly insults the fans, cast and crew of Twilight by her inability to be gracious or show even a minimum of appreciation for how she is now paying for her Grade A pot.
She signed the same contract as Rob Pattinson—and only one is phoning it in. No, she isn’t even doing that much.
