Kirsten Dunst’s Burglar Questioned

Last week we told you about a crazy hotel room ransack that involved Kirsten Dunst and her belongings being taken from her Soho Grand penthouse suite.  With one of the burglars already charged, police may have found the other guilty party.

James Jimenez, a 33-year-old NYC mechanic was finally charged as the accomplice in the Dunst burglary.  He has a rap sheet a mile long, but his lawyer insists that he wasn’t involved in the misdoings.

"I know James has the deepest respect for Spider-Man and would never want anything to happen to Spider-Man’s girlfriend,” said John Bostany, Jimenez’s lawyer.  Unfortunately, that amazing defense wasn’t enough to convince the NYPD.

Jimenez has been arrested and charged with helping Jarrod Beinerman break into Dunst’s room on August 9th to steal a Marc Jacobs handbag, $2500 cash, two cameras and an iPod.  Odds are that Beinerman (who was arrested last week) turned his buddy in to police in exchange for a lesser sentence.
