Tuesday, May 01, 2007 Kim Kardashian Settles Sex Tape Lawsuit
Socialite Kim Kardashian has finally reached a settlement with Vivid Entertainment over the disputed release of her sex tape with singer Ray J. Vivid Entertainment, who originally coughed up $1 million to an unidentified source for the video, will now hand over nearly $5 million to Kardashian and stop distribution of the homemade sex tape by the end of the month. Kardashian, one of the many former BFF’s of Paris Hilton, initiated the suit against the porn distributor in February, claiming the firm’s intention to distribute the video violated her “right to privacy”. Vivid Entertainment’s co-chairman told TMZ, “We are pleased that Kim has dropped her legal action against us, we met with her several times and finally reached a financial arrangement that we both feel is fair.” Readily willing to pay that kind of cash, it just goes to show how lucrative a tape of this nature can be for Vivid. Just imagine if the subject was actually famous! Also important to note… Ray J is now dating Whitney Houston, who we all know is in need of some cash. We just wanted to say - please don’t get any crazy ideas Whitney! Enjoy the photos of Kim Kardashian!

COMMENTS I saw this video… Kinda boring with the same sex scenes and audio played over and over. The audio is dubbed horribly and most times doesnt match the mouth. She never even takes off her bra! So its not worth 5 mill at all. Posted by on 05/02 at 02:32 AM
