Kevin Federline Wants Britney Spears To Pay Up
Not only does he want full custody of the kids, Kevin Federline now wants Britney Spears to pay some of his legal expenses in their divorce case, too.
According to K Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, his client “has no net income after various expenses, and Ms. Spears is clearly the monied party in the dispute.” As a result, Federline feels that Britney can afford to, and should, pay some of his legal team’s hefty bill.
This sentiment comes from information in court documents filed in Los Angeles, which state that the pop star’s average monthly income is $737,868. Meanwhile, Federline currently receives a $20,000 monthly “allowance” in child support, which ends this November.
Next up on the legal end of things is a hearing scheduled for September 17, but that may not happen, as a lawyer for Britney has already requested a continuance until November.

Oh Please! Just girls can get alowances, but kfed can’t? Just because he is a Guy? This is 21st century folks, if she is the one loaded, she should pay, it won’t make any difference for her, except to do in respect of her 2 kids with him. She is a slut that after got divorced started to bang every guy in LA. Poor kids. I hope they end up who whoever ACTUALLY takes care of them for real and it seems it’s not their mom…
