Keri Russell and River Touch Down In LA

An adorable pair, Keri Russell and baby River were spotted making their way through Los Angeles International Airport with the accompaniment of a female friend on Wednesday (November 14).

The former “Felicity” star has been busy promoting her upcoming movie, August Rush, which hits theaters on November 23rd. Meanwhile, contrary to recent reports, the Golden Globe winning actress said that she hasn’t signed on to appear in J.J. Abrams’ upcoming “Star Trek” movie.

The speculation seems to have arisen out of the fact that the two have a strong history, as Abrams’ co-created “Felicity” and directed “Mission: Impossible III,” both of which featured Russell.

“Oh, J.J. Abrams is doing ‘Star Trek!’ There was maybe a thing, but it turns out that I’ve played it in so many other parts that we just decided to not do it,” Russell told press in NYC a few days ago.

“But I was just with J.J. last week and I don’t know, if he could find something else, we would (work together again.) I want to be in everything he does. ... But I don’t think the thing that we had talked about is going to work out.”
