Kelly Rowland’s Miami Beach Break
Enjoying her leisurely time while she can, Kelly Rowland strapped on her bikini and headed out to the beach to relax during a short vacation in Miami, Florida on Monday (April 21).
The Destiny’s Child singer will soon find herself promoting the worldwide CD release of her solo album, Ms Kelly Deluxe, which hits stores on May 12th.
According to press reports, “The album premieres several new tracks from Rowland including the previously-unreleased Daylight, featuring Travis McCoy of Gym Class Heroes, and showcases remixes of Kelly’s hottest current hits. The album also reprises key tracks from her original best-selling Ms. Kelly album.”
Along with her album release duties, Kelly has “been appointed as the official 2008 Ambassador for the MTV Staying Alive Foundation - dedicating herself to raising the profile of the global charitable foundation, whose mission is to empower young people who are protecting themselves and their communities against HIV and AIDS.”
The multi-platinum selling artist will begin work for the organization during her solo tour of Africa (June 20-29) - “visiting Staying Alive Foundation grant recipients and grassroots projects supported and funded by the Foundation.”
