Kelly Osbourne: Ready to Settle Down

Fresh off of her engagement announcement, Kelly Osbourne showed off her brand new bling during a shopping trip on Melrose Blvd with her puppy on Wednesday (November 18).

Kelly’s 18-year-old model boyfriend Luke Worrall first broke the news when he changed his Facebook online relationship status to “engaged to Kelly Osbourne.”

Meanwhile, Kelly also reportedly announced her engagement on the popular social networking Web site, despite recently telling press that she’s “too young to settle down.”

Nonetheless, it looks as if the daughter of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne is ready to take the walk down the aisle, although no further details are available.
