Kellan Lutz: OPen Campus Stud
He’s always up for a good time, and last night (July 7) Kellan Lutz was in the house for the launch of OP’s new campaign OPen Campus at Mel’s Diner.
The “Twilight” stud arrived at the West Hollywood locale ready to party, riding a bike and striking plenty of paparazzi-friendly poses.
As for how he keeps such a killer body, Kellan told press, “There’s a lot of advice that I could give but what works for one person might not work for another. I just exercise regularly and try to eat healthy. There’s no method to my madness. High protein meals are important and I love eggs and chicken so I try to eat that almost every day that I can.”
He continued, “I love fruits so I always have fruit in my kitchen to snack on. I would suggest finding some sort of cardio that you enjoy. I hate running so for me it’s swimming. Stay as active as possible and don’t just sit in front of the television; do pushups or sit ups during the commercials. Even a little hard work goes a long way.”
