Katie Holmes Shops Her Way Into the Weekend

Keeping busy as her hubby Tom Cruise works on his new movie, Katie Holmes was spotted strolling around Boston, Massachusetts on Friday afternoon (October 23).

Clad in jeans, a grey jacket and matching grey boots, the former “Dawson’s Creek” darling was joined by a gal pal for the day’s outing, hitting a few local shops as she chatted with her friend.

The sighting comes just days after it was reported that Katie and Tom reunited with pals John Travolta and Kelly Preston at a Scientology party in England last week.

Held at Saint Hill Manor in West Sussex, Tom reportedly jumped up and shouted during the numerous speeches: “Because we never took our eyes off the ultimate prize, we stand where we are today. We are in this together.”
