Katie Holmes Reminisces on Olden Days
All bundled up for the bitingly cold winter weather, Katie Holmes was spotted meandering out of her New York City apartment on Monday morning (December 8).
Following a night of shopping at FAO Schwarz with hubby Tom Cruise and daughter Suri, the “Mad Money” mommy looked ready to delve into her daily duties.
Meanwhile, Katie recently took a look back at life when things were much simpler back in her hometown of Toledo, Ohio at Notre Dame Academy.
The soon-to-be 30-year-old actress tells, “I went to an all girls academy, which I loved because we wore uniforms and really supported each other. We had a lunch table that was meant for six girls and we stuffed about 25 around the table. We all helped each other learn physics and calculus and all those subjects that frankly we didn’t think was necessary at the time. But we got each other through it while looking at YM magazine and Seventeen and making sure our priorities were in order.”
