Katie Holmes: Headed For Broadway Success

Stepping out for another day of practice, Katie Holmes was spotted arriving for “All My Sons” rehearsals in New York City on Sunday (September 14).

The former “Dawson’s Creek” cutie was all bundled up in a knee-length jacket, jeans, heels and a pair of gloves to keep warm in the chilly morning weather.

And in good news for Mrs Tom Cruise, producers of her Broadway play have denied claims that Katie’s show is failing to sell tickets - announcing advance sales of $3.5 million.

If that number’s correct, it puts the play, which also stars John Lithgow, Dianne Wiest and Patrick Wilson, on a level playing field with Daniel Radcliffe’s heralded Equus as “one of the fall season’s biggest non-musical box office performers.”

Katie and the “All My Sons” cast take the stage for their debut performance this Thursday (September 18).
