Katie Holmes and Suri: Election Evening Stroll

While many Americans are out casting their votes and intently watching election day coverage, Katie Holmes was spotted taking daughter Suri Cruise for a walk in New York City on Tuesday evening (November 4).

The mother/daughter duo playfully laughed amongst one another as they strolled along, with Suri looking quite ladylike with her nails painted up with red polish.

Aside from taking walks around the Big Apple and enjoying park playdates, Katie and husband Tom Cruise reportedly treated Suri to a trip to the “Hairspray” stage show.

Actress Jenifer Lewis told the New York Daily News: “I turned and there was Tom Cruise saying to me, ‘Oh my God, you’re wonderful!’”

Doting praise on TomKat’s little girl, Lewis adde, “Suri was so sweet in her little velvet and taffeta dress.”
