Katherine Heigl’s Lost & Found

When you think about Katherine Heigl, most likely her role on Grey’s Anatomy comes to mind.  But don’t pigeonhole this girl as just another pretty actress.  She’s got big things in the works.

There are confirmed reports that Heigl has secured the film rights to bestselling novel Lost & Found.  And she’s planning on producing the project.

Abishag, the production banner run by Katherine and her mother, will be named as the official production company for the film
There’s also talk that Katherine is interested in starring in the movie, although nothing has been set in stone as of yet. 

Lost & Found is a book by Jacqueline Sheehan about a widowed psychologist who relocates to an island off the coast of Maine and works in an animal hospital following her husband’s death.
