Katherine Heigl: Trailer Chick

She has quite a range as an actress, and yesterday (July 29) the usually-glamorous Katherine Heigl was spotted looking a bit trashy on the set of a new project.

The “Grey’s Anatomy” gal donned a hair rag, purple sweater, nightgown, and furry slippers as she filmed a scene outside a silver airstream trailer.

In related news, Ms. Heigl revealed that when it came to her courtship with husband Josh Kelley, she’s glad he wasn’t overzealous about his feelings for her.

She explained, “If you have a guy who is relentless and obviously so into it, and a puppy dog at your feet, then it’s not as sexy and interesting as the guy who plays it a little cool. I talk to my husband Josh about this all the time. The next day after our first date I waited until three o’clock, but I didn’t wait for him to call me. I waited until three and I went, ‘Screw it, I’m going to call him.’ I called and invited him out to a friend’s barbecue. He showed up and we had a great time, and it was on from there.”
