Katherine Heigl Finds New Role in “Escape”

Wearing a green and white patterned dress with heels, Katherine Heigl was all smiles as she arrived with hubby Josh Kelley at the wrap party for her latest movie “The Ugly Truth” on Tuesday night (June 10).

The Grey’s Anatomy sweetheart’s new flick tells the story of “a romantically challenged morning show producer (Heigl) who’s reluctantly embroiled in a series of outrageous tests by her chauvinistic correspondent to prove his theories on relationships and help her find love.”

And now that she’s finished up with “The Ugly Truth”, Heigl has already landed herself another project due to start shooting in the not-so-distant future.

According to Variety reports, Katherine has signed on to star in and produce a big-screen adaptation of Escape, the best-selling memoir of Carolyn Jessop.
