Enjoying a leisurely afternoon in New York City, Kate Hudson was spotted trying to hail a taxi yesterday afternoon (July 30).

The “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” actress was joined by a gal pal as she made her way around Manhattan, trying to ignore the nearby paparazzi.

Miss Hudson was recently spotted with her new main squeeze Alex Rodriguez at the Yankees’ Annual Family Picnic along with A-Rod’s two daughters Ella and Natasha.

And according to eyewitnesses, the baseball beau wasn’t afraid to publicly display his affection for his blonde actress sweetheart, frequently kissing her in front of his teammates.
