Kate Hudson Shows Off Volleyball Skills

No matter how busy this chick gets, she still always makes time to stay active and healthy. And yesterday (August 13) Kate Hudson was all about getting in some beach volleyball.

The “Fool’s Gold” mommy grabbed her son Ryder and a mystery dude and headed out to Manhattan Beach, California for some fun in the sun.

Miss Hudson sported a black bathing suit with a flowy blue beach skirt while her gentleman caller looked studly going topless with a pair of black board shorts.

And apparently Kate was doing well, as she received a high-five from her partner while Ryder went swimming and enjoyed himself on the nearby swings.
