Kate Hudson Dances the Day Away

When it comes to stress relief, may celebrities prefer to dance their tension away. And Kate Hudson was spotted yesterday at a Pacific Palisades dance studio taking some lessons and breaking a sweat.

Channeling the spirit of the ‘80s flick “Flashdance,” the “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” actress donned an off-the-shoulder baggy red sweater, tights, and a purple bandana. Classy!

Kate recently told press that unlike many of Hollywood’s messy divorces, she and her ex-husband Chris Robinson plan to maintain their friendship.

She said, “Chris is my family. He’s a part of my brothers’ lives and my mother and pa and myself, and that’s who we are as people. No matter what difficulties we all go through in our life, we did something together that is powerful. We had a child, and that’s it for our family, you know?”

“It feels the same way as a break-up but when you have a child together, it makes it that much more difficult, because you feel like you’re failing at something. Then, almost two years goes by and you realize nothing’s changed! You’re still in each other’s lives, the baby’s totally happy, you’re totally happy and it worked.”
