Stepping out to run the day’s errands, Kate Bosworth was keeping busy in New York City on Thursday (February 11).

Clad in a cute red checkered buttondown top with jeans and boots, the blonde beauty strolled past onlooking paparazzi.

In related news, despite rumors suggesting they’ve been romantically linked for months, Kate says she and Alexander Skarsgard are simply close pals.

"We are very good friends. He's a wonderful, wonderful man. I adore him,” tells the 27-year-old actress while attending a Chanel dinner earlier this week.

Ms Bosworth and the “True Blood” hunk will be teaming up together for the upcoming remake of the 70s thriller “Straw Dogs.”

The two actors met last year while filming in Shreveport, La., and were spotted together last week at Hollywood's Chateau Marmont, where she gave him a quick peck on the lips. However, she remained coy when asked about their relationship status.
