Kate Beckinsale’s Key To Marital Bliss

If you ask Kate Beckinsale what she recommends for a happy and fulfilling marriage, she’d say “Lots of sex!”

According to She magazine, the Underworld star enjoys a very passionate relationship with her husband, director Len Wiseman.  Kate met Wiseman on the set of Underworld.

"If you can strike a balance where the man is having sex a lot and the woman is feeling desired enough to have sex, then you’ve figured out the secret to a marriage that’s alive.” The actress went on to say, “Women feel sexy from feeling attractive and desired. Men feel sexy from having sex.”

Beckinsale’s insight is pretty profound in it’s simplicity. “I’m very blessed to have a husband who appreciates me.” Yeah, I bet a lot of men would appreciate a beautiful British actress who loves sex! 

The “Pearl Harbor” star has a seven-year-old daughter, Lily, with ex-boyfriend, British actor Michael Sheen, and she makes sure she balances all her relationships.

“Just because you’re a mother doesn’t mean you can’t feel sexy! We’ve worked extremely hard to make it comfortable for Lily and I’m quite proud of that.”
