Tending to her personal health needs, Kate Beckinsale was spotted visiting a medical building in Beverly Hills on Monday (October 26).

Always a pleasant sight, the “Underworld” actress looked stylish in an earthy-toned top with dark skin-tight pants and knee-high boots as she strolled past awaiting paparazzi.

Meanwhile, Miss Beckinsale has confirmed that she’ll be participating in the upcoming AFI Film Festival taking place at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre between October 30 and November 5.

With stars including Oprah Winfrey, Eva Mendes, Mariah Carey and Robert De Niro all among the scheduled guest list, Kate will be boosting interest in her upcoming comedy, “Everybody’s Fine”.
