Kara DioGuardi: Ready to Wed!
Looking to be enjoying the warm New York City weather, Kara DioGuardi was all smiles as she made her rounds earlier today (June 23).
Before heading out and about in the Big Apple with friends, though, the “American Idol” judge played co-host on “Live with Regis and Kelly.”
On the show, the 38-year-old announced that she and fiancé, Mike McDuddy, who got engaged last December, are planning to wed in less than two weeks.
The two met when McDuddy, a contractor, built a house too close to DioGuardi’s house in Maine and she went over to complain to him.
Of the meeting, she says she thought he was “kind of hot.”
