Jonathan Rhys Meyers Mourns Loss of Mother

First Kanye West’s mother dies, and now Jonathan Rhys Meyers’ mom has passed away.  Geraldine O’Keeffe died Tuesday morning at Mercy University Hospital.

The Tudors actor was seen paying his final respects to his mother on Friday at St. Joseph’s Church in Glanmire, County Cork, Ireland.

He was comforted by his girlfriend, Reena Hammer, and fellow Irish actors Cillian Murphy and Colin Farrell. 

Jonathan’s mother was described as “a loving, caring mother, who would go out of her way to help people,” by presiding minister Priest Noel O’Sullivan.
