Jon Gosselin Feels Taken Advantage Of By TLC

Digging himself further into legal drama, Jon Gosselin has formally charged the TLC cable network with violating Pennsylvania child labor laws during the filming of his reality show.

The “Jon and Kate Plus 8” father says the network failed to obtain work permits and hence allowed his eight kids to be filmed unlawfully for public consumption.

Additionally, Jon is complaining that his contract with TLC is “overly restrictive,” making it impossible to use his celebrity to get other gigs.

Alleging that TLC took “advantage of Mr. Gosselin’s inexperience and lack of sophistication,” a court report reads, “Mr. Gosselin will be unable to earn a living as a television personality, and therefore be precluded from supporting his eight children.” Gosselin is seeking $5 million in the suit.
