John Mayer Pulled Over By the Police

Riding around solo in Los Angeles, John Mayer was singing the blues on Tuesday afternoon (June 3) after a run-in with the law.

According to an eyewitness, the “Why Georgia?” singer was “not too happy as he was stopped by police for driving with expired tags and no license plate.”

After being issued a ticket, Mayer headed off on his way, hopefully tossing a stop at the BMV on his list of things to do for the day.

In more juicy Mayer news, the tabloids are already declaring that John and his new flame Jennifer Aniston are looking to shack up together.

A source says, “They are both smitten with one another and want to spend more time together. They know it hasn’t been long, but they like one another enough that if their relationship doesn’t last, they can still share the house as friends.”

The insider adds that “the pair are looking for a six-to-eight bedroom property with a pool, somewhere in the region of $10 - $20m.”
