Jessica Simpson’s Shaky Set
It seems that Jessica Simpson may need to take a break and regroup after the recent media frenzy concerning her weight, as last night she had a mini-breakdown during her concert.
According to Perez Hilton, the “Come on Over” songstress began her night of stress when her boyfriend Tony Romo failed to show up at the Grand Rapids venue due to a missed flight.
Then, during her opening set for Rascal Flatts, she stopped in the middle of several songs after seeming to forget the words. At one point she left the stage to get a sip of water.
Jess revealed her embarrassment with her performance, telling the audience that “it’s difficult to be on stage and be so vulnerable.” By the end of the set she was wiping tears away and thanking the band for having her back.
