Jessica Alba: Fashion Week Fan

With the 2008 Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week still rolling on, stars are flocking to the Big Apple to get a look at the new looks for Spring 2009. And yesterday Jessica Alba was front row and center for a very swanky show.

The “Dark Angel” mommy joined Claire Danes and Julianna Margulies for the Narciso Rodriguez Spring 2009 runway show, held at 547 West 26th Street.

Never one to disappoint in the fashion department, Alba sported a gorgeous pink and black silk ensemble with black stockings and black heels.

As for her professional life, Jessica has signed on for a new project- the starring role in “An Invisible Fable of My Own,” in which she’ll play a young woman who retreats from the world and is obsessed with numbers and math. Her life starts to change when she gets a job as a second grade math teacher.
